All consultations are held online via Google Meet, so you can access personalised nutrition support from wherever you are.

We'll take a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress and lifestyle, alongside your goals. From there, we'll develop a personalised plan with practical recommendations tailored to your needs.

Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link and a pre-consultation questionnaire to complete before your appointment. If you have recent blood test results or relevant investigations, please have these available too.

Not at all. You can book without any recent blood tests. If further investigations may be helpful, we'll discuss this with you and, where appropriate, recommend speaking with your GP.

Not necessarily. Our approach prioritises nutrition and lifestyle foundations first. Supplements may be recommended where there is a clear rationale based on your individual needs, and we'll always explain the reasoning behind any recommendations.

You can book an initial consultation directly through our website or arrange a free discovery call if you'd like to discuss your concerns and see whether Revive Nutrition is the right fit for you.
