Revive Nutrition – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Revive Nutrition, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care to all clients and minimise lost appointment times, the following Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments.

By booking an appointment with Revive Nutrition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to this policy.

Appointment Bookings

All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by arrangement with Revive Nutrition.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations.

Payments are processed securely through our online booking system.

Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect appointments already confirmed.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule your consultation.

Provided reasonable notice is given, the full amount paid for your appointment will be retained as a credit on your Revive Nutrition account and applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by Revive Nutrition.

Cancellation Policy

Revive Nutrition does not provide refunds for cancelled appointments.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, the payment made will remain on your account as a credit for future services, subject to this policy.

This policy allows us to protect appointment availability while still providing flexibility for clients who need to change their booking.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, or you fail to attend your appointment at the scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a No Show.

No Show appointments are not eligible for a refund.

At the discretion of Revive Nutrition, the appointment fee may be forfeited or converted to a credit depending on the circumstances.

Repeated missed appointments may result in Revive Nutrition declining future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your consultation will still finish at the originally scheduled end time so as not to delay appointments for other clients.

If you arrive too late for your consultation to proceed safely or effectively, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.

Credit Policy

Where a credit is issued under this policy:

the credit will equal the amount originally paid;
the credit may be used towards a future consultation with Revive Nutrition;
credits are not redeemable for cash;
credits are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law;
credits may not be transferred to another individual without prior approval from Revive Nutrition.

Practitioner Changes

In the unlikely event that Revive Nutrition needs to reschedule your appointment due to practitioner illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

a new appointment time; or
a full refund if an alternative appointment cannot be arranged within a reasonable timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Booking & Cancellation Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those rights will apply.
